 Exit 245 and turn towards town. 
Proceed .5 mile to 7th Street. 
Turn right on 7th for one block. 
Then turn left onto National. 
This takes you past Highlands University
over the bridge and directly to the Downtown Plaza.

The Plaza Hotel is on the Northeast corner of the Plaza
